There are lot of ignorance from Nokia to my Nokia N97(Product code 0586199) that I bought in Malaysia at Nokia’s authorized reseller . Along with this product code some other few product codes of Nokia N97 also have the same problem ,that I understood from Nokia Support forums .This is behalf of thousands of the same phone users....
