Verizon Wireless–World’s Largest 4G Network-Only 2 Modems support now !
Verizon Wireless Announced the upcoming 4G network implementation in US yesterday on an event. The Nation’s largest 4G network will be available from 5th of December 2010 for the US customers .
At present Verizon targets the laptops to use their 4G network as there is no mobile phones available to support the new 4G signals. Apple 4 G may be the answer for this . Hope to have some 4G device soon on Nokia in order to expand the American market share .
At present ,you have two choices of 4G modems from Verizon ,Pantech UML 290 and LG VL600.
The LG VL600 is a dual mode CDMA/LTE modem that works anywhere Big Red has a signal. The Pantech UML 290 appears to feature a GSM radio under the hood along with the others so it can offer global capabilities along with the connection to Verizon’s network.
